Returns & Refunds

A jumpsuit should earn its place in your wardrobe. You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused and kept in their original packaging. Please take care when checking the fit and keep all packaging until you decide.

How to return

1. You may contact service@anisadaywear.com or +1 (816) 953-1069 with your order number and the item you wish to return. For damage, an incorrect item or a quality issue, include a brief description and photos if available.
2. Pack the unused item with its original packaging. Include your order number and contact details so we can identify your return.
3. Send it to the return address below. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking details.

Who pays return shipping?

We cover return shipping for quality problems, items sent in error and damage in transit. Contact us before paying for return postage in these cases so we can arrange the appropriate return shipping.

For other reasons, including a change of mind or choosing a different size, you pay the return shipping cost. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Inspection and refund

We inspect returns within 3–5 business days after receiving them. Once approved, we initiate the refund to the original payment method and send confirmation by email. The time before funds appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

If an item does not meet the return conditions, we will explain the reason and discuss the available next steps. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

A different size or style

Contact us about the item you would prefer. A return and a separate purchase can be the clearest way to choose a different size, subject to the return conditions above.

Order changes

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us promptly. If it has already shipped, follow the return process instead.
