These terms apply to your use of anisadaywear.com and purchases from Anisa Daywear, operated by Anisa Humphreys LLC. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Shopping with us

You must be able to enter a binding contract to purchase. Provide accurate contact, billing and shipping information. If you create an account, keep your sign-in details confidential and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.

Products and fit

We describe each item with the details available for that design. Product measurements and letter sizes vary between styles; compare the product-specific chart before buying. Small measurement differences may occur, and screens can show colors differently. Styling items shown in photos are not included unless expressly stated.

Prices and orders

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping and any applicable tax are shown at checkout. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt, rather than acceptance of an order. We may decline or cancel an order for an address issue, an availability problem, suspected misuse or a clear listing error. We will contact you about a material error and provide a refund for any canceled item already charged.

Shipping, cancellations and returns

We ship only within the contiguous 48 United States. Processing takes 1–3 business days; transit takes 2–7 days after shipment. Standard shipping is free on orders $59 or more and $6.99 below $59. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Return requests may be made within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. We cover return shipping for quality problems, incorrect items and transit damage; customers cover return shipping for other reasons. See the Refund Policy for the return address and inspection and refund timing.

Using the website

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access or submit unlawful or harmful content. Our brand assets, site design and original written content may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Other content remains subject to its owners’ rights.

Responsibility and applicable law

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but errors or interruptions can occur. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Missouri law applies to these terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
