Where do you ship?

We ship to the contiguous 48 United States. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses and international destinations are outside our delivery area.

How long does delivery take?

Processing takes 1–3 business days. Transit takes 2–7 days after shipment. These are separate periods. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.

What does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free on orders of $59 or more, based on the subtotal after discounts and before tax. Orders below $59 have a $6.99 standard shipping fee.

How should I choose a size?

Use the chart on the particular product page. Compare your measurements and a similar garment you own; allow enough room to sit and move. Letter sizes are style-specific labels, not a guarantee of standard U.S. sizing. Contact us if a measurement you need is not listed.

Can I wear a jumpsuit over another top?

Open-neck and strap styles can be layered over a fitted tee or fine knit. Check the bust, waist and hip measurements with the extra layer in mind. See our styling guide for more outfit ideas.

How do I care for my item?

Follow the care label on the garment. We do not assume every fabric can be treated the same way. Check the label before washing, drying or ironing, and avoid applying heat or cleaning products without confirming they suit the fabric.

How do returns work?

When will I receive my refund?

We inspect a return within 3–5 business days of receiving it. Once approved, we initiate the refund to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when it appears in your account.
